What a cool day this was!! My brother Cliff found a brewery that makes beer to order. No preservatives, no chemicals. For this reason the beer has to be refrigerated and has to be ordered by the keg! Once brewed, you can either can the beer, bottle the beer or take the keg home and put it directly on to a tap system which is refrigerated. The owner reckons that all his “keg” customers are very happy!
Cliff ordered cans and bottles for 2 kegs. One keg was for the bottles and the other for the cans. We did the bottling but the cans were done before we got to the brewery.

You sterilise the bottles by spinning them with the liquid squirting inside the bottle on a special machine....

Once sterilised, you put the bottles in a tree holder platform which can be moved.
Cliff moved the bottles ready for filling up.
We were given the opportunity to taste the beer 🙂

The beer is very fresh and crisp! It definitely tastes better!! Pure quality! I wish there was something like this back in the UK.
